Her passion for teaching is palpable, and her answers offer a fascinating perspective on her professional experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspiration for a career in international education<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Francesca shared that her inspiration to pursue her current career was the desire to be part of a circuit of international schools recognized throughout the world. This desire to be part of quality global education has guided her path and shaped her dedication to teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A deeply touching moment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Covid-19 pandemic was a crucial moment in Francesca&#8217;s professional journey. Francesca underlined how the emergency has highlighted the need to review the concept of school in innovative and different ways. In times of crisis, new stimuli often emerge for change and enrichment of the training offer. This event strengthened her resilience and fueled her determination to contribute to an education that is more adaptable and open to global challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The most rewarding part of working in an international school<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Francesca shared that the most rewarding part of her job at an international school is the opportunity to build relationships with students from a wide range of different countries and cultures.
