His career is characterized by a constant commitment to educational innovation and inclusiveness. Through this interview, we will explore his motivations, the significant moments of his professional journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The passion that drives an educational career<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yoger found the inspiration for his current career in his first teaching experience. This initial moment made him realize how rewarding it is to teach and be appreciated for one&#8217;s work. His passion comes from the knowledge that patience and creativity can make a big difference to students, especially those with learning or behavioral difficulties. Each experience strengthens his commitment and inspires him to continue to grow and improve as a teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Reward of Working in an International School<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most rewarding aspects of Yoger\u2019s work in an international school is the daily encounters with intercultural experiences. These encounters enrich not only his professional life but also his personal life, providing him with the opportunity to continually learn from different cultures and perspectives. This dynamic and diverse environment allows him to develop a broader vision of the world and to pass it on to his students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Dream for the School<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If he could fulfill a dream for his school, Yoger would like to organize more and more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.educationk.com\/esperienze\/\"><strong>trips and exchange programs<\/strong><\/a> for students. He firmly believes that learning through direct experience of other cultures is essential to growing as global citizens.
