She has built a career centered on communication and mutual growth. In this interview, she shares her vision of teaching in an international school, the challenges and rewards of connecting different cultures, and her dream of an education that goes beyond school boundaries.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A passion that becomes a career: the bond between teacher and students<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Laura, the choice of career was driven by a deep passion for working with students. &#8220;The pleasure I feel in creating a dialogue with my students and the wonder of seeing them grow&#8221; are what inspire her every day to improve and find new ways to stimulate their learning. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Teaching in the time of DAD: a lesson in flexibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the period of distance learning (DAD), Laura experienced a moment of deep professional reflection. \u201cIt helped me understand how useful it is to remain flexible and proactive,\u201d she says. This period of adjustment has allowed her to discover new ways of interacting and to face challenges with greater openness.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Connecting the world: the richness of cultural diversity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most rewarding aspect of Laura\u2019s work in an international school is the opportunity to learn about the experiences of students from different parts of the world. \u201cConnecting different cultures\u201d is an inexhaustible source of enrichment for her, allowing students to broaden their horizons and better understand the world around them. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"790\" height=\"415\" src=\"https:\/\/www.educationk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Laura_italiano.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.educationk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Laura_italiano.jpg 790w, https:\/\/www.educationk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Laura_italiano-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.educationk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Laura_italiano-768x403.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 790px) 100vw, 790px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A dream for the school: broadening educational horizons<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If she could realize a dream for her school, Laura would like to see it continue its curriculum beyond high school. \u201cI would like my school to continue its journey beyond high school,\u201d she explains, envisioning an institution capable of offering continuous and increasingly comprehensive education. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Laura&#8217;s message for the school community: share knowledge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laura hopes to leave a contribution that goes beyond the teaching of individual subjects.
